We are aware that buying online can sometimes be a little daunting. Especially if it might be your first purchase. Can I return it? What if its the wrong size? Or what if the colour doesn't  match my eyes?  We've put together some of the answers right here to help you through the buying process. Delivery

We understand that when you order something online, you want it as quickly as you can. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. This is usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. Or if it is a weekend then we like to dispatch those on a Monday or Tuesday if its a bank holiday. The times listed below are estimated times of arrival upon receipt of cleared payment to all UK destinations only. We can not guarantee time scales on airmail parcels due to customs and import regulations in other countries.

Postage and Arrival

We post all of our products with a value of under £20 by Royal Mail First Class delivery with proof of purchase. All sales over £20 will be dispatched by registered delivery as standard. We are always happy to send any order by recorded or special delivery by prior arrangement before a sale is completed. Please message us to talk about this here. All UK sales are posted free of charge. All international sales are charged a nominal fee of £7.99 no matter how big or small your order is.

Exchange

We understand that sometimes you may buy something in the wrong colour, or the size does not fit. Or you have chosen something for a present and they want to change it for something else on the site. Well that is just fine with us. As long as the purchase comes back to us in the same condition that it left us, we will happily honor the exchange providing it is not in the exceptions list on the returns policy.

Exchange Rules

All items bought as a reduced or 'sale' item are still able to be exchanged. Exchanges on sale items will be at the price purchased at the time of sale minus delivery costs, if applicable.
Multi purchase items at a reduced rate will be credited at the individual price per item.
Eg: 2 for £15 offer. One item needs exchanged. Value would be £7.50 minus return cost if applicable.

Returns

We offer a 100% money back guarantee in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days following delivery of your order and, if necessary, return the goods to us for a full refund minus postage fees incurred by ourselves under the following conditions of sale stated in our returns policy.  You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by Contacting Us
 You must download and complete the returns form provided on this page and send it back with your goods.
 You must return the goods to us by registered post within 14 days of notification of your intent to return the goods.
 We are very flexible about this, we understand that it might not always be possible to meet that time scale so please Contact Us if you need more time.

2. Customer Satisfaction.
There are a number of reasons you might have for returning your goods but the only reason we consider relevant is that you are not satisfied. We can not accept any garments returned to us if they are in the following condition:
 The garment smells of a distinctive odour such as washing powder, perfume, deodorant, smoke or body odour.
 The garment has make-up or deodorant stains, including miscellaneous stains.
 The garment has been worn for a period longer than the purpose of trying on.
 The garment is ripped or damaged in any way.

3. Items Dispatched In Error.
In the unlikely event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, you should contact us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, we will, of course pay for the return of the incorrect item and replace it with the item ordered. This is not classed as a return but will require a returns form to be placed in with the item before dispatch.

 We will pay for a recorded delivery return.

 Send back the goods with the return slip.

4. Faulty Items.
Nerd Zone makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should Contact Us immediately. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund where applicable. 

5. Exceptions.
Some items are non returnable due to health and safety regulations. All sales on these items are final. They include but are not exclusive to:
 Personalised items where the customer has changed their mind. (faulty or damaged goods are covered under 4. Faulty Items)
 Items such as earrings, socks, hats, contact lenses, hair extensions, wigs, earphones including buds, or underwear. 
 Special or mystery boxes where the goods are random.

6. Reduced Price Items.
All items bought as a reduced or 'sale' item are fully covered by the returns policy and the same exceptions apply. 
Refunds on sale items will be at the price purchased at the time of sale minus delivery costs, if applicable.
 Items will be refunded at the price paid at time of sale.
 Multi purchase items at a reduced rate will be refunded at the individual price per item.

7. Free Gifts.
All free gifts received with any order are to be returned if the order is refunded. Any free gifts that are kept will be deducted at the value of the item, at the time of purchase, before the refund is issued.
